Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are reviewed for payment, inventory, address accuracy, and any applicable restrictions before shipment. Processing estimates shown at checkout are not delivery guarantees and may exclude weekends, holidays, verification holds, and carrier disruptions.
Rates and destinations
Eligible destinations, carrier services, and charges are displayed during checkout. The store may decline a destination or product combination when shipping is not operationally or legally available.
Tracking and delivery
When a tracked shipment is created, tracking information is sent to the email associated with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier and may update after handoff.
Address responsibility
Review the shipping address before submitting an order. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. An address change may not be possible after fulfillment begins, and additional carrier or reshipment charges may apply.
Damage, loss, or missing contents
Keep all packaging and use the contact form promptly with your order number and evidence of the issue. Resolution depends on the order record, carrier investigation, and the final launch policy.
Product handling
Handling and storage directions are product-specific. Follow the current label and documentation for the item received. Shipping-temperature or stability claims should not be published unless supported for the applicable product and route.
